COVID-19 Public Health Emergency & Canceled/Postponed Events

In support of Dallas County’s Public Health Emergency declaration and other municipalities that are doing the same, Mayor Margo Goodwin signed an emergency declaration for the Town of Highland Park on March 13, 2020.
