Saturday, June 17 at 11:00 a.m.

Discover the life and legacy of Nanyehi (born c. 1783), known in English as Nancy Ward, a political leader and Beloved Woman of the Cherokee. Among her many achievements, Nanyehi is remembered for brokering peace and mutual aid between the Cherokee and Washington’s Continental Army during the American Revolution.
