Mindful Meditation class

Lead by a Meditation professional, give yourself this time to focus on your mental health and wellness with directed meditation. This class is open to residents of the Town of Highland Park, and there is no registration. The class meets in the third floor classroom of the HPDPS, located at 4700 Drexel Drive. For weeks with major holidays, such as Christmas and Thanksgiving, there may not be a class held.
