Healthy Living for Your Brain & Body

Ages 18 and Up

It's never too late or too early to start thinking about your brain's health — making healthy choices at any age is beneficial. Join us to learn about science-based recommendations to take care of our brains and bodies, and an interactive cooking demonstration that shows how small changes can make a big difference. 

Presented by the Alzheimer's Association and the Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service.

Registration opens Thursday, January 12.
