The Friends of the Highland Park Library cordially invite you and your guests to meet and hear author and journalist Rena Pederson. The event is free to the public and will take place on Wednesday, May 6 at 7:00 p.m. in the Highland Park Town Hall, 4700 Drexel Drive. Refreshments will be served.
Ms. Pederson is a Dallas Press Club “Living Legend” and Katie Award Winner, a 1992 finalist for a Pulitzer Prize, and a faculty member at SMU. Her latest book, The Burma Spring: Aung San Suu Kyi and the New Struggle for the Soul of a Nation, has received excellent reviews.
