Annual Budget

The budget is the most important working and planning tool used by the Town Council, Town Administrator, and department heads for providing service to the citizens of Highland Park and maintenance of infrastructure.

Distinguished Budget Presentation Award

The Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA) awards the Distinguished Budget Presentation Award, the highest award in governmental budgeting. The Town has received this honor for the annual budget since fiscal year beginning October 1, 2014.
