If you are 60 years of age or older, you may ask the Town of Highland Park to allow you to pay the standard payment amount any time within the first 25 days from the date the bill is issued. Normally, a late payment penalty is assessed if the bill is not paid within 15 days.
Senior citizens may request the permanent payment extension by providing the Town of Highland Park with proper proof of age. Acceptable proofs of age include:
- Copy of driver's license
- State issued identification card
- Birth certificate
