Personal Information

Setting Up Utilities

The Town provides water, sewer, sanitation, and recycling to residences within the Town. Please visit Town Hall, 4700 Drexel Drive, to set up these services for your residence. It is also recommended that you utilize WaterSmart to monitor your water usage or to get leak alerts. Visit the WaterSmart page for more information. For questions, please contact Utility Customer Service at (214) 521-4161 or email Customer Service.

Alarm Monitoring Service with the HPDPS

The Town of Highland Park requires that residents and businesses within the town limits of Highland Park register their alarm. The Highland Park Department of Public Safety offers direct alarm monitoring, which bypasses the need for a separate monitoring center and speeds up response time in case of an activation. The fees are $28 for alarm signal monitoring by landline telephone, $35 for cellular line service, or $35 for a cellular line with landline service as backup. Fees are conveniently billed through utility billing.
