Beverly Drive Reconstruction Project

The Town of Highland Park will be initiating the Beverly Drive Reconstruction Project, which includes the full depth replacement (asphalt and concrete) of the pavement in the 4600 block of Beverly Drive between Westside Drive and Eastern Avenue. 

Estimated Start Date:  January 2026

The project includes:

  • Set up of traffic control signs and detours
  • Pre-construction inspection and video recording of site conditions
  • Full-depth reconstruction of Beverly Drive pavement
  • Sidewalk and driveway improvements

Contractor:  Estrada Concrete Company

Estimated Cost:  $1,100,000

What to Expect:

  • Notices will be sent to residents in advance of any planned roadway/ driveway interruptions.
  • Some noise and limited roadway access is expected during work hours (7 a.m. – 6 p.m., Monday - Friday, excluding Town holidays). Some Saturday work may occur.
  • Trash and recycling pickup will continue as scheduled, with minor adjustments as needed.
  • Motorists are encouraged to utilize Mockingbird Lane or Bordeaux Avenue as alternate routes.
  • Construction is anticipated to be complete in late Spring 2026, weather permitting.
